Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All custom vape pen orders are processed within 20 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on holidays. All distillation equipment orders are processed within 7 business days for air freight and 30 days for ocean freight. All extraction equipment is dependent upon the equipment and the supplier chosen.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
* Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Essential Extraction Corp. ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and does not ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 48 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Essential Extraction Corp. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Essential Extraction Corp. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the U.S.

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 10 calendar days of your purchase. Customized Products are not refundable. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.
After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 10 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

1. BROWSE Items on the website that are available at wholesale prices will have a note about wholesale on the page the product is on. Wholesale prices will be up to 50% of retail prices shown. Please read the listing prior to adding to cart and contact us for immediate inquiry needs and order placement.

3. APPLY Access the Wholesale Application and submit it to start the process of establishing a wholesale account. The verification process usually takes a few days at which point you will receive a confirmation email with the discount information needed to order at wholesale rates from this site. Please contact us once you have complied your order and are ready to place. * First time buyers codes will expire after 48 hours if not used and you will be asked to resubmit your application.
4. ASK Contact us at with any questions you might have about a product or detail about products you're interested in prior to finalizing your order.
5. ORDER When you've decided on your purchases, use the discount code to ensure you are only charged wholesale prices and are not charged for sales tax. Once your order is received we will contact you to collect cost for shipping via Paypal invoice ( you do not need paypal to pay invoice).
